Margaret Frances Lapollo Stipp died on July 24,2023 after a long illness, she was 85 years old.
“Marge”, as she was known to her family and friends, grew up in Oaklyn, NJ. Marge graduated from Collingswood High School where she was voted best personality, she was also an athlete playing basketball and field hockey.
Anyone that knew Marge knew of her love for the beach. Marge spent every summer at the family shore house in North Wildwood. She married and moved to West Deptford, NJ where she raised her children on the family farm. Marge was the owner operator of Lapollos Auto Parts and Glass, was an avid bowler, scout leader, loved animals and spent many years involved in 4H.
Marge was predeceased by her parents John and Margaret LaPollo, her sister Constance Dougherty and her beloved Conrad (Connie) Stipp. She is survived by her sons, Conrad Stipp Jr. and Thomas Stipp and her daughter Suzanne Stipp-Press. Her son and daughter in-law Bill Press and Debbie Taggart-Stipp. Her grandchildren Courtney Stipp, Sierra, Patrick and Connery Press and her great granddaughter Kayleigh Margaret Press.
Visitation Saturday, August 26, 2023 from 11am to 12 noon, with a Memorial Service to follow at FERTIG FUNERAL HOME, 63 N. Main St., Mullica Hill, NJ 08062. Interment private at the convenience of the family.
